Layers of light as a feather handmade pasta sandwiched between a traditional meat râgu and creamy béchamel sauce topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Italian Meatballs

Traditional slow cooked Italian style pork and beef meatballs made to a traditional family recipe in a tomato and fresh basil sauce.

Cannelloni

A slow cooked meat and finely chopped spinach filling (with a sneaky splash of brandy!) sitting on a tomato and fresh basil sauce, topped with creamy béchamel sauce and Italian cheeses.

Vegetable Lasagne

Layers of handmade pasta with oven spicy roasted aubergine, goats’ cheese and wild rocket in a tomato and fresh basil sauce with creamy béchamel and Italian cheeses

Vegetable Cannelloni

Butternut squash oven roasted with fresh rosemary and garlic mushrooms and spinach with a hint of brandy wrapped in handmade pasta sitting on a tomato and fresh basil sauce topped with creamy béchamel and Italian cheese.

Individual Portions - Traditional handmade pasta meals, available as frozen individual ready meals (380g) for supply to food retailers, delicatessens and farm shops.
Catering Trays - Also available as catering size trays for restaurants, cafés, private parties and functions.
